Bologna & Green Peppers

Ingredients:
1 Ring of Koegel's Bologna
4-5 Sweet Green Peppers
1-2 Medium Onions

Instructions:
Cut Green Peppers in 1 inch pieces.
Cut onions similarly.
Place both in large frying pan and simmer until peppers and onions begin to soften. It's best to use a small amount of water rather than oil. The idea is to simmer the vegetables, not necessarily to fry them.
Cut Koegel's Bologna into 1 cubes and add to pan.
Continue cooking until bologna is warmed through.
For those who are more adventurous, try adding one hot pepper to the mixture.
