Baked Beans and Sausage

Ingredients:
1 lb Koegel's Polish Sausage in small slices
1 lb chopped bacon
1 lb crumbled breakfast sausage
1 large chopped onion
1 large green pepper chopped (optional)
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c molasses
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 large jar mixed cooked beans or kidney beans

Instructions:
Cook small chopped bacon until brown and drain. Cook breakfast sausage until brown and drain. Brown sliced Koegel's Polish Sausage. Add bacon and breakfast sausage/simmer. Cook chopped onion and green pepper in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add onion/green pepper to meat pan/simmer low for 5 minutes. In large roaster pan add 1 large jar of beans, brown sugar, molasses and tomatoes. Add onion, pepper and meat mixture. Stir all in the roaster pan and bake at 250 degrees for two hours.
