Italian Sausage and Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients:
4 Portobello Mushrooms
Olive Oil
Koegel's Italian Style Sausage

Instructions:
Cut mushrooms into strips and grill until soft (not mushy). Baste in Olive oil during grilling to enhance flavor.
Grill the Koegel's Italian Style Sausage until fully heated and browned.
Serve on your favorite bun or hard roll for a delicious meal.

I like mustard on mine!
